Our training is in several evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), grounding techniques, mindfulness, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and emotional freedom technique (EFT).
As a result, you will gain the tools you need to feel more fulfilled and satisfied with life, better deal with past or current issues, and silence mental chatter and negative thinking patterns to be more in tune with your needs.
