YOUR FIRST GROUP SESSION
Wellness Wednesday
Your first wellness group session begins with a 15-minute orientation before entering the group. During this time, we’ll review group guidelines, confidentiality, and what to expect.
​After orientation, you’ll join the group in a calm, supportive environment focused on emotional wellness, connection, and growth.
There is no pressure to share more than you’re ready for—participation is always at your own pace.
