RATES + INSURANCE
An investment in your mental health provides benefits that will propel your life in a new direction and fuel personal growth and development.
Are we in your health insurance network?
We are specialists with niche expertise able to address specific challenges for you because we are female therapists of color trained in a variety of evidence-based therapy interventions.
Therapy interventions include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), grounding techniques, mindfulness, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and emotional freedom technique (EFT).
You will find that specialists with niche expertise are often not in-network for health insurance companies. But, this does not mean that we are not affordable compared to in-network therapists.
We may even be less expensive than an in-network therapist, so we encourage you to keep an open mind.
So, what do we accept?
We are in-network with Aetna, Oxford, Humana, and United Healthcare. To book an appointment add your insurance information and credit card.

To find out what your out-of-network benefits cover, be sure to ask your health insurance provider the following questions:
Do I have "out-of-network" mental health insurance benefits?
What is my "co-insurance"?
What is the coverage amount per session?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
Is approval required from my primary care doctor?

Every woman is different. You may need therapy for just a few weeks or a few months. You may need consecutive therapy sessions or just to check-in.
What you need all depends on what you feel you need, your goals, and your progress.

This level of flexibility makes our sessions affordable for many. And no matter the length of time, you will get the healing, understanding, and ear you need to feel better about your life and how you can approach it in a way that brings you joy.

If your insurance plan does not cover psychotherapy. We accept debit and credit card payments. You can also pay for therapy using your HSA and FSA benefits to cover your co-pay or full therapy session.
